The Workshop
Creativity is my spark.
Every story begins somewhere. Sometimes it is a notebook. Sometimes it is a piece of wood. Sometimes it is a conversation with a loved one or stranger. The Workshop is where imagination takes its first steps.
The Writing Desk
This is where many of my worlds begin: books, sketches, notes, maps, campaigns, characters and unfinished ideas waiting for their turn.
WoodBound, Crimson Cliff and countless other projects have all passed through this little space in one form or another.
From Page to Wood
I have always found myself wanting to hold the worlds I imagine. Some ideas stay on the page. Others become swords, staffs, props or carvings.
The Workshop is not only a physical place. It is a process: shaping, refining, failing, rebuilding and trying again.
Every Piece Begins Somewhere
Finished work is only part of the story. Rough cuts, sketches, mistakes, wood shavings and half-formed ideas matter too.
This section will grow with carving projects, props, relics and behind-the-scenes progress from my creative work.
Every Workshop Has Its Storms
This is not the first workshop I have had to rebuild.
For a long time, carving was my refuge. It gave me somewhere to breathe, somewhere to make something with my hands, and somewhere to keep going when life was heavy.
Storms come. Things break. Sometimes the place where you create disappears entirely.
For now, I am rebuilding.
